How to use AxisTips?

I want to have arrows on my x and y axis ends. I saw some documentation on using "AxesTips=True", but cannot get it to work. Could someone please explain to me where or how to put this code in?

AxisTips is only for MuPAD graphics.
You might want to use Annotation Arrow
