Moving text In GUI

How can I do the moving sentence on GUI. I have to move "Need Attention" from right upside corner to left upside corner.

You can set() the Position property of a text() object handle to move the text. It would have to be in an axes.
You can set() the Position property of a uicontrol('Style','text') to move text outside of any axes.
