How to cut and paste any block using m scripting

Hello,

I need to cut a block connected before output of a subsystem and place it one level up, connected to same output block(outside the subsystem). How can we do it using m scripting. Consider using a gain block in this case.

I am able to locate this gain block connected to the outport but how do i move it outside the subsystem?

Kindly suggest. Would be a great help. Thank you!
