How to generate a mesh plot with certain conditions ?

I want to generate a mesh plot. For that my first axis is delay ,the second axis is amplitude of the impulse response(IR in dB) and the third axis is time (consecutive IR's) I want to create a matrix having, e.g., 50 impulse responses. Each IR is generated independently, so at the end,I would get some randomness to the IR's and it can be seen in the mesh plot. I am attaching my code with the question, I would really appreciate any kind of help or guidance. Regards
