how do i add and add on?

i bought a single simulink add on from the mathworks.com, how do i add it to the simulink library.

it seems like it wants me download the whole matlab in order to have the library i just got.

Usually you would use the MATLAB installer, which would contact Mathworks to find out which products you are licensed for. You would then be able to select what to install, including telling it not to install MATLAB itself.
