make file error

Hi, Can any one help me on this make file error, which is displayed at command prompt.

"Building filename: "%MATLAB%\bin\win32\gmake" -f filename.mk GENERATE_REPORT=1 GENERATE_ASAP2=0 The system cannot find the path specified. "
