Division within the cells

How can i divide a cell with a fixed number? I have a cell with values 1x40cell. I need to divide it with 1000. How can i do it? I have attached the cell values with this file for more clarification to my question. I tried first to convert it into mat but its showing error.

e = gdivide(obs,1000);
