why can't I call cftool in 2015matlab?

when I call cftool in commond windows,there will be a warning messsage indicate that cftool was undefined, why? and how can I call cftool in 2015matlab?

Please run ver in your MATLAB command window, and tell us exactly what is printed.

Perhaps you didn't install the Curve Fitting Toolbox when you upgraded? That's where cftool lives.
