Use gui toggle buttons as an input to a variable.

I have 80 toggle buttons that I want to use as the inputs to a variable. 1x80. Each button is labled 1 thru 80 and should output a (0, not pressed) and (1 when Pressed) there needs to be a total of (20 1's) pressed out of the 80 choices. Not 19 or 21. then press an enter button to store the 1x80 variable as test1. Reset all of the toggle buttons and repeat to create the 1x80 verable test2 and so on... I am very new to programing so any help to procede with my little program would be great.
