Customizing the Simulink User Interface

Hi,
How to Customizing the Simulink User Interface, like in simulink model there are some buttons like 'simulink browser' , 'Debug' etc.. i would like to create my own dlgButton.
Please help me how to do it.

Thanks for your reply,
yes its working for menus, but i need it for creating user icons, like you will find simulink, Debug icon when the model is opened.similar to that.
