How should I manager javabuilder with El Capitan

Good Morning, I'm having some problem with launching a JAVA application that requires MCR. As explained in guide, in order to run a java application that exploits a java package built with MCR I need to set the DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH variable. However, in the last version of OS X this library has been removed. How can I run then my java application in this new version of OS X?
