Error in SVN: E160004: Malformed representation header

I'm trying use interface MATLAB with source control system. I have TortoiseSVN 1.9.3, Build 27038 - 64 Bit and MATLAB 2015b. In MATLAB I see circles and rectangles, which correspond to unmodified and modified files. But if I want commit files or show revisions, I see error "Error in SVN: E160004: Malformed representation header DELTA".

How can I solve this problem?

The problem is solved. Tortoise SVN was downgraded to version 1.8.1.
