replicate padding 2 matrices

I want to do replicate padding with 2 matrices,

A with 3*3 and other B with 1*3

3*3 matrix A is 4 2 2;2 0 2;1 2 1

1*3 matrix B is 1 0 -1;

How can I achieve replicate padding with the above

2 matrices
