Please help me, i'm doing project recognition license plate, i can extract character from license plate the same image such as image below
but i can't recognition, who can help me create template to match character from license plate and save result as a text. Thanks for your answer. Please help me early,

Try to adapt some of the OCR examples in the Computer Vision System Toolbox http://www.mathworks.com/help/vision/ref/ocr.html#bt548t1-2_1
