watershed algorithm

I have an image i want to draw a vertical line indicating that there are 2 objects(indicating the separation ) ,in which one is hidden by other by water shed algorithm ,plesae help

The dividing line may not be exactly vertical. This is done by the example in the help for the watershed. What more help do you need? Do you know that you can copy and paste text from the help to the code editor, and then run it? Give it a try.
