How do I create this transfer function in matlab, compensato​r_lag=(0.9​987s+33.96​)/(s+0.343​)?

How can I output the transfer function for this lag compensator c_lag=(0.9987s+33.96)/(s+0.343), then plot the simulation v. experimental voltage data on a single plot with respect to time, and also plot the step input, simulation, and experimental data on a single plot with respect to time?
