how to store multiple objects in the image

I able to detect centroid of each objects in the image, and I require to extract each objects to store in different variable. Additional, I have cropped out each object 100x100 but I do not know how to store multiple object in different variable. I want to use 'For loop' for this process but I wonder how to do it?
