How do I input data into my Simulink model at specific times?

I have a Simulink model that needs data at specific times. How do I implement this without using step functions? Is there a way to incorporate the timing information in a Matlab initialization script?

Hi, I had some data that needed to be fed into my Simulink model at specific times, so I developed an input signal in my Simulink model using step functions that provide data to my system at specific step times. I was wondering if there are other ways to input the data into my model without doing this method.

Did u mean this? (As in attachment) Use pause simulation and change the value.

Hi, I don't think that I could do that though, since the data had to be inputted around 0.003, 0.019, 0.023 seconds, etc.
