Hello , plz help how to filter a data before plotting

I have a data that i have to analyse it it looks like in the image I'm gonna upload but my professor is asking me to filter it so he could see just one line is it possible ?

It is.

First, take the Fourier transform of your signal to see the frequency components. See the documentation for fft for guidance.

Second, you need to design your filter pass-band and stop-band frequencies using the information from your Fourier transform, and then implement your filter.
