Hi,
I understand that you want to know how to create MATLAB Production Server Instance on your CentOS system.
  1. Before creating a server instance on your machine make sure You have installed MATLAB Production server on your host machine
  2. Make sure you add the “script” folder to your environment path to execute the binary files.
  3. To create a server instance from the command line, enter the “mps-new command from the system prompt. Specify the name of the server that you want to create as an argument to the mps-new command.
You could use the below MATLAB documentation to know more about creating MPS instance on Linux machines.
Hope this helps!
