Hi guys, is there any way to measure an object in binary image using GUI? if there is, can the measurement results using other than pixel units, like mm or cm? (the image using 200ppi resolution)

I go over all this in my Image Segmentation Tutorial: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/?term=authorid%3A31862 Basically, in short, use regionprops().
For spatial calibration, see my attached demo.
