C-Coder not generating complete code ?

Hi, I have written a function which declares the outputs at the beginning. then applies some transformations on the outputs. After using c-coder, the output c-code is just some first few checks I made in the beginning. But none of the actual work gets converted to c-code. Is there any-thing I can do about this. Is this a standard problem which one has to solve for getting complete c-code.
