Time Delay of Arrival

hi there, I want to find time delay of a real time source using 2 channel microphone. First of all, I need to record the source in real time, then calculate it's delay using matlab. So, I don't have any idea to do that. Could someone help me , please.

1. record the data.
2. read the data into MATLAB
3. do a cross correlation between two channels and translate the lag to time

GetTOFfftPhase

GetTOFcos(MySignal,RefSignal)

Those do exactly what you need with subsample resolution
