How to model parasitics in semiconductors

I have a 3 Level Inverter. I waould like to add parasitics to it in order to find out the effect of parasitics on the output. How to add These capacitances and inductances to a semicondictor Switch in Simscape Power systems? I tried adding externally, but it seems to be not the solution. Can anyone explain me.
