How to add constant in fit or nlinfit?

Didn't use fit or nlinfit before. Looking into examples, all variables are to be fit.

How to add constants (that are as input variables) that not to be fit in the fit or nlinfit?

It's not very clear to me what exactly what you want to do. Do you mean constants as in coefficients?
