I am curious about the definition of parameters, eg nfft, nwindow, window, overlap, method. Just give me a brief definition.

Woobin - please provide some context. Are you calling a MATLAB (DSP) function that requires these inputs? And if so, which is it?

The crystal ball is so foggy. As much as we try to read your mind, it simply is not working. You could help of course. Tell people the context of your question. What function are you asking about? Otherwise, we are left with tea leaves or Tarot cards, both of which can be notoriously random.
