why fo I get error with IB data retrieving with a timer function?

I tried to retrieve data from interactive brokers using a timer function and get this error: Error using comeventcallback (line 24) Error firing event 'errMsg' to '@(varargin)ibBuiltInErrMsgEventHandler(varargin{:},x)'. Attached see my codes.
