Why is uitable missing from my appdesigner component library?

I've put a screenshot of the component library and the uitable is not present. I am curerntly running MATLAB R2016a Enterprise License with all toolboxes loaded and installed.

According to the Release Notes support for using uitable in an App Designer app was introduced in release R2016b.

in R2021b type table in the component library search box, and the uitable icon should appear.
