set time scope y limits

hello,

how do i set the yaxis limits so that it shows 0 to 5V? using realtime plot, the time scope shows 1000 as upper limit. i changed to 5 as upper limit but that would not show any signal because apparently matlab takes the signal as 1000 amplitude and considers 5 as part of it.
