Creating a circular colormap grid

Hi,

I haven't had much experience with creating visualisations in Matlab but was hoping to create an image like the one attached. Essentially, I am looking at making an 8x4 circular grid as shown, and have each section of the grid correspond to a particular value that is represented using a colormap.

What would be the best way of going about this?
