How to use matlab image processing function in simulink

Hi I need use image processing function for example bwlabel or uigetfile and etc in simulink but whenever i used this function by Matlab function block i give this error the function is not support for standalone generation or undefined function or variable. Please help me ever i can use this function in simulink? How i can use a block that it can work like uigetfile function? thanks
