How would I find peak gradient downward and upward slope, ascending descending middle points, and corresponding x indices using script.

My data looks like this
I had found the gradient of this y data and then was able to find out peaks and valleys but don't know how do I find peak gradient upward and downward slope, midpoints, and mainly I am interested in their x indices.

upward and downward slope and mid point is the middle point of rise/fall. have a look at the attached figure.
