ohhhh,that is very difficult i can not do this i am a beginner not more what i want that how i can make radar scope which my input is to plot x point on graph according to range and angle of antenna

MATLAB users tend to have a restricted view of what they call GUIs. MATLAB makes making an x,y plot so easy, that we don't call them GUIs. You may just want to look at the function plot.

Well, at the matlab command-line prompt type:

helpwin uicontrol

...from there browse through the help and documentation of how to build GUIs. Also look at the file-exchange contribution: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/24861-41-complete-gui-examples for a number of great illustrations.
