How to get voxel of 3dimage?

In my project I need to evaluate the features for each voxel in the image.How can I get the voxel value from the 3d image.Is there any specific function to get it?.

Sir,This link provided some viewer 3d examples but like impixel for 2d image.Is their any method for voxel in 3d image?.

Have you found any answer for your question? I also need to know how I can have the voxels for 3D figure.
