Embedded coder PIL

I like to verify generated code using PIL..I know it is simple to build a PIL block with embedded IDE link and test.

What I want to know is can we verify the generated code based on PIL without Embedded IDE link ? If yes, how do I do it?

You'll need to develop your own PIL configuration. See Creating a Custom Processor-in-the-Loop (PIL) Configuration.

Hello, i am facing problem with connect to target in external mode error message- ----------------------------- Could not execute target data map file '\test_PIL_targ_data_map' or it does not exist. Stop the target, delete the test_PIL executable, rebuild the code, and try again. Note that execution of external mode requires the build directory to be present -------------------

any idea why is this ? Note - Building is happening fine
