Please use a meaningful tag. Of course all questions in this forum concern "matlab", because this is obligatory in a Matlab forum. Does your question have relation to Matlab?

If you want a more explicite answer, you have to explain any details, e.g. what or where is "GRAZ 01" and what does "being unable" exactly mean.
