Hello, greetings to all of you.
I will try to explain what I am currently trying to do: I have installed the Absoft Pro-Fortran 10 version and the Matlab R2011a version on my computer. I need to use some features of the Matlab program in order to evaluate some subroutines in a previous written program in Fortran, really, I need to link Fortran and Matlab, so far I have read some information on mex files which allow a link between the two programs but surprisingly the matlab R2011a version doesn´t have a compiler for fortran and it does have a compiler for C. Do you know what is the suitable compiler in my specific case?, where can I find it?. I appreciate your answers. Thank you.

To my knowledge, MATLAB has never shipped with a Fortran compiler. You can find a list of 3rd party supported Fortran compilers for R2011a here:
