How to read low amplitudes on a scope in simulink?

I'm trying to measure the peak-to-peak of the attached signal. But as you can see, all numbers are in the same order of magnitudes.

So is there any way to export these signals to workspace so that I can plot on a figure and use the cursor to see a precise numbers? or is there a solution in simulink itself?
