how do i insert the description of a chart in the report generator?

i want to report every Information about a Chart or a model in stateflow. how can i proceed?

If you have the Simulink Report Generation, you can generate a System Design Description (SDD) report. The report includes a detailed description of all the charts in a model. To run the SDD:
  1. Open the model in the Simulink editor.
  2. Select File->Reports->System Design Description from the Simulink editor menu.
