Gauss optmum equivalence in Matlab

Dear all,

I am wondering how close is matlab optimization toolbox versus Gauss Optimum application!? Because I have some Gauss code using optmum command but I really do not know which Matlab optimizing command provides the same function so I cannot translate the code.

Could anyone help me figure out the comparison between Matlab Optim Tbx and Gauss Optimum.
