Arduino "MATLAB Support Package for Arduino Hardware" on Linux Ubuntu 16.04 and Mac OS

I have 9.2 Matlab (2017a) but i can install it because i get this message: "The support package requires the following products to be installed: MATLAB 9.2" I have this problem also in Matlab for MacOs but not for Windows version. How can i solve this problem?? Thanks

Did you install it from the Add-on Manager? Also, verify that your Linux kernel version is compatible with the System Requirements for MATLAB R2017a. https://www.mathworks.com/support/sysreq.html?s_tid=answers_rc2-3_p6_MLT
