Required ASAP the Matlab Code for 2nd section of the following paper

Dear All,

I am more into verilog programmer and fpga design and new to Matlab coding. I now have to work on the attached paper and do the matlab coding of it to get the exact result such that then its testing can be done on fpga board.

i will really great full if i could get the way/steps/guidance(in terms of simple steps) to code the 2nd section of this paper or if i could get the matlab code of this or similar to this.
