i need spiral as shown in figure, i have some spiral equation in attached file.

Please ask a specific question. Does the color matter? Do you need the 2 different planes as in the picture? Does the orientation matter (right or left handed)? You provide a paper with some equations, but what kind of help do you expect? should the readers of your question implement all equations? Better explain exactly what you need, post what you have tried so far and ask a specific question about the problems you are faced with.
