Hi I need help with implementing mesh boolean as shown in the attached figure. The mesh is in FV form.

You have coordinates for cube and sphere, and you need the figure you shown? Or, you need to create both the meshes?

I don't think there is a straight-forward function in MATLAB to do this. Please check out the following file-exchange submission. It mentions that it can perform "constructive solid geometry operations on meshes", which is same as what you are trying to achieve.
If you have any questions regarding the same, you can probably contact the author of this submission directly.

While my own examples rely on external tools to do the CSG, I think most of the third-party CSG tools (like those in GPToolbox) rely on external libraries to do the work.
That said, I did recently run across this FEX submission which appears to do everything in m-code.
This is the final figure of its included demo:

That said, it's not really as straightforward to use as something like GPT's mesh_boolean() or my ridiculous scad_op() from #561428. Doesn't appear to be as simple as just throwing two sets of FV data into a single function call and getting FV data out. It's more of a demonstration of a whole process. Then again, if you can't compile MEX or install external software, it might be a viable option, and it can probably be wrapped up into a more comfortable form with a little further study.
