I'm trying to solve the Dial A Ride Problem using MILP, see paper: https://link.springer.com/content/pdf/10.1007/s10479-007-0170-8.pdf. I'm using the linprog function of Matlab, but I'm having trouble defining my matrices and vectors for the different constraints.
Does anyone have an example code for this type or a similar problem like the VRP? Any help or tips are appreciated!
