I have an equation H = C +CrH where C, r, H are 2x2 matrix C = [c1 c2, c3 c4] , r = [r1 0, 0 r2], H = [h1 h2, h3 h4] with each elements having 1000 numeric values. How should I solve for C can any one please give me an idea to start?

This is the equation I want to solve [h1 h2,h3 h4] = [c1 c2, c3 c4] + [c1 c2, c3 c4]*[r1 0, 0 r2]*[h1 h2,h3 h4]. I want to solve for C matrix which is 2x2 matrix. Each element in the matrix has 1000 numeric values. Can anyone give me an idea to solve this equation?
