Please Note: Only Administrators have the ability to Opt In or Out of Renewal Notifications. There must be at least one Administrator on the License who is Opted In at all times. If you're an Administrator on a License you can follow the step by step process (below) to manage your Renewal Notification Preferences:
1. Log into your MathWorks Account.
2, Click your Name in the top right and use the drop down menu to get back to "My Account".
3. Select "View Additional Licenses" below where your Licenses are listed on your Main Account Page.
4. At the top of the page below where it says License Center select "Master Licenses"
5. Choose the Master License you'd like to Opt In or Out for Renewal Notifications.
6. Choose the "Administrators" Tab for the Master License you've selected.
7. Where it lists your name as the Administrator you should see a checkbox located on the far right hand side of the page. Click into the box to either Opt yourself In or Out for receiving Renewal Notifications for that Master License. A check mark will appear when you're Opted In and the Box will appear empty if you're Opted Out.
If you're not currently an Administrator and need to receive Renewal Notifications please contact an existing Administrator to be added to the Master License.
