How to download vpasolve function?

I have matlab 2017a. It doesn't look like vpasolve is included in this package. How can I go about adding it?

vpasolve() is part of the Symbolic Mathematics Toolbox. That is an optional extra-cost toolbox that needs to be licensed and installed.
(Note: the Symbolic Mathematics Toolbox is included in the license for the Student Suite bundle.)
