why there are no release notes from 2017a to 2017b ?

Dear all
I updated to 2017b from 2017a and i want to check whats new
When i click on MATLAB , whats new i get this image
Whats wrong with my installation ?

Ok ,
I restarted MATLAB and it worked Strange ...
