How to fix the Error During Packaging issue in MATLAB stand-alone application building?

I'm facing a problem to building the exe file using MATLAB compiler. Please see the attached stuff and help me to fix the bug!

You either are not licensed for MATLAB Compiler, or else the license is in use, or else you have license server problems.
